Zenith Architecture’s roots originate from 1994, when architect Savvas G. Chatzigavriil and civil engineer Christos I. Apostolou setup their first architectural practice. Since its establishment the practice has delivered a multitude of projects in different sectors, ranging from bespoke residential dwellings, commercial and industrial developments, through to ecclesiastical buildings.

Yiannis Apostolou, Christos’ son, worked for his father’s practice for many years, successfully designing, project managing and delivering numerous projects, from one off residential dwellings through to large retail and industrial developments, both in Greece and in the United Kingdom. In 2012, after successfully completing his Diploma in Architecture at Oxford School of Architecture, Yiannis was elected an associate member of the RIBA. He is also the social and media secretary for the Oxford Doric Club - the oldest architectural society in the U.K.

Today Zenith Architecture manages its UK projects from its Oxfordshire based practice under Yiannis’ direction. We are well known to our clients for delivering quality architecture with a passion for exciting bespoke design solutions with sustainability at the forefront of our agenda. Our team prides itself on its ability to produce clever design solutions within limited budgets.

It is our practice policy to treat every project with the same rigorous design approach, from small interesting projects to large commercial schemes. We maintain a close relationship with our clients as we believe this is key to all successful projects.
